How to Find Your Exchange Component
Step 1: Login to Parts.Cat.Com
Step 2: Enter the part number in the order form. If you don’t know the part number, you can find it in Cat’s Service Information System.
Step 3: Click on “Add to Cart”, you will be prompted with purchase options. If Cat has a reman option, you will see a third option listed.
If your part is available, you can complete the purchase online or call a parts specialist for help purchasing and exchanging your old component.
